The content of an email can be anything from simple text to the most basic webpage. If email is about writing and sending messages then why are we receiving emails made to resemble basic websites? Probably because they are built with the same markup as websites; email has grew to use basic HTML and CSS. Wouldn't it make sense that the body of an email be written in its own markup language? It does to me so I wrote a markup language called Tent to provide an example of a small, simple, strict, distinct message content markup based on the message rather than styling.
